The reality is that life slips away quicker than one anticipates. Are you tired of making those new years resolutions, that we all break not even a week into it? We have been there plenty of times and it is completely normal. We found that so many of us set ourselves up for failure by creating those goals, without the routines to make them a reality. The routines make your goals attainable by creating new habits and lifestyle choices that shape your life. Remember that success is not a single act, but rather an accumulation of smaller acts that lead to your success.

If living a healthy lifestyle, losing weight, eating healthier, gaining muscle mass, participating in a group activity, or trying something new is something that you want, then come join our DOL Burn Foundation Fitness and Activity Team. Together we will learn to use our scars as instruments of strength and begin building the body you want. It all starts with a decision, and that decision is now. Take that first step to strengthen your mind, and before you know it, your body will follow.
